What You’ll Do

- Own and grow B2B sales across clubs, academies, distributors & sports retailers
- Crush monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Lead product demos and pitch like a pro
- Work closely with founders & leadership to drive expansion

You won’t just sell products.

You’ll help build the padel ecosystem.

- Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
