About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Intern to support our sales and operations team at Letters to Abroad, a growing EdTech startup in the international education space .

In this role, you’ll work closely with live **sales activities

- supporting lead management, follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales reporting**. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, understand how sales pipelines work, and build practical skills in a real startup environment.

Requirements :

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English :

- Interest in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations

- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

- Ability to organize, track, and manage data accurately

- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team

- Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, etc.) is an advantage

- Suitable for individuals comfortable working in an onsite, fast-paced environment

Commitment

- Availability for a full time,



6-month internship :

- This is an onsite role based in Kottayam

- Consistent availability and engagement throughout the internship period
