Job description: Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US-based clients for mortgage products
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Explain mortgage products such as refinancing, purchase loans, FHA, VA, and conventional loans
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Stay updated with US mortgage industry guidelines and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in US Mortgage Sales / Inside Sales / Loan Origination :

- Strong understanding of US mortgage products and processes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred)

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Experience working in US shift (night shift)





- Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with US lenders, brokers, or mortgage companies
- Knowledge of underwriting basics and compliance (e.g., TRID, RESPA)
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
