Job description : We’re hiring a passionate and results-oriented Admission Counsellor to support education programs across JEE, NEET , and Classes 6-10. This role blends student counselling , sales strategy , and product expertise to drive enrolments and build strong relationships with internal teams and prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive student enrolments through consultative counselling and lead conversion
- Act as a product expert , mastering digital program features, pedagogy, and value proposition.
- Conduct training and advocacy sessions at offline centers to promote digital offerings.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline , share weekly performance reports, and manage CRM records.
- Provide market feedback to influence product and sales strategy.

Requirements :





- 1-5 years of experience in sales or counselling , preferably in JEE / NEET coaching or K-12 education*.
- Robust communication , negotiation , and CRM skills; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and flexible with work schedules.
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Language proficiency in Hindi / Regional language and English.
