Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Promote and detail orthopaedic products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and clinics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Key Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative (preferably in orthopaedics or medical devices).
- Experience working in a startup or newly launched company will be highly preferred.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of orthopaedic implants, instruments, or medical devices.
- Solid network with orthopaedic doctors and hospitals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
