Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our Digital Marketing, Web Development, and AI Solutions verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up with prospects and close business opportunities
- Maintain sales pipelines and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets

Eligibility

- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management) Preferred
- BBA, BBM, B.Com, or other business-related graduates may apply

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client interactions
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Websites
- Interest in AI,



automation, and emerging technologies
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI tools
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
- Tamil and English communication skills
- Hindi knowledge is an added advantage
