Job Title : Telesales Agent - BeastDrive

Location : Bangalore hsr layout sector 2

About BeastDrive : BeastDrive is an adventure sports and car rally platform organizing military-style obstacle races, adventure challenges, and rally experiences across South India.

Job Role : We are looking for energetic Telesales Agents to call and convert leads for BeastDrive events such as Battleground - 5KM Military Obstacle Race .

Key Responsibilities :

- Call leads who have shown interest in BeastDrive events
- Explain event details and benefits to participants
- Convert inquiries into paid registrations
- Follow up with potential participants through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain lead data and update the sales team

Requirements :

- Must speak any one language : Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu
- Basic English or Hindi communication preferred
- Good convincing and communication skills
- Sales or telesales experience is an advantage

Compensation :

- Fixed salary or commission-based (10% per registration) :

- Incentives based on performance

Pay: ₹9,448.51 - ₹22,583.65 per month
