Job Title : Business Development Executive (BDE) Location : Kapsi, Kamthi Road, Nagpur Experience : 2-5 Years Salary : ₹4 - ₹5 LPA Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Preferred

Responsibilities :

- Develop and expand business across various states in India.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings and field visits.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify current markets and growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements :

- Experience in field sales, industrial sales, or related sectors.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships.
- Civil engineering background preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
