Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality designs for both print and digital (EDM) campaigns. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency while creating visually compelling creatives that drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-impact print creatives including:

- Brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings

- Site branding materials and sales collaterals

- Newspaper ads and magazine layouts

- Drip campaigns and automated mailers

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative solutions

- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications

- Work on campaign ideation , visualization, and execution





- Coordinate with printers/vendors to ensure quality output for print materials

- Stay updated with design trends, especially in real estate marketing

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5-8 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in real estate or related industry)

- Proficiency in design tools:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign

- Understanding of print production processes and file preparation :

- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Good to Have

- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing
