We manufacture The Hybrid Thermal Solar (HTS) Panel that works alongside centralised air-conditioning systems to deliver 35-40% energy savings and helps commercial establishments reduce electricity consumption and improve cooling performance.

Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile and driven individual to support channel partners, operations, marketing, and documentation. This is a cross-functional role working closely with the founders and offers significant learning and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner & Sales Coordination

- Work closely with founders to add and manage channel partners
- Assist partners through the sales cycle and coordinate with installation teams and

factory teams

Government Portals & Tenders

- Work on GeM and other government tender platforms
- Prepare and submit tender-related documentation

Documentation & Site SOPs

- Create and maintain SOPs for site visits,



installation, and commissioning
- Develop structured documentation for partners and internal teams

Data & Dashboard Monitoring

- Monitor online dashboards and analyse site performance data
- Generate periodic updates for internal review

Exhibitions & Product Showcasing

- Lead planning and execution of exhibitions
- Represent the product to visitors and potential partners

Production Tracking

- Implement systems for tracking production and inventory
- Coordinate reporting between operations and management

Marketing & Social Media

- Support marketing strategy, content creation, and social media posting
- Prepare basic collateral for outreach and exhibitions

Growth & Learning Opportunities
