Job Overview : We are looking for a dynamic Educational Counsellor to guide students and professionals in selecting the right cybersecurity courses and help them build careers in the cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Counsel students and professionals about cybersecurity courses (CEH, VAPT, Digital Forensics, etc.)
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups
- Maintain lead data and update CRM systems
- Explain course curriculum, fees, certifications, and career opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Provide post-enrollment support
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT/Cybersecurity (preferred)
- Strong sales and convincing ability
- Valuable follow-up and lead management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Languages: English, Hindi (Marathi preferred)
Qualifications :
- Graduate in any discipline (IT background is a plus)
- Experience in counselling / sales / ed-tech preferred
