Job Summary

A Business Associate supports the organization’s business operations, client relationships, sales activities, and strategic initiatives. The role involves analyzing business performance, coordinating with teams, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies
- Support sales, marketing, and client management activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Analyze business data and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion
- Help achieve revenue and growth targets
- Handle customer queries and provide business support

Required Skills :

- Basic understanding of business operations and sales

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- MBA is an added advantage

Experience

- Experience in sales, business development, or operations is preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
