System and Data Management

- Database Maintenance : Manage ERP/POS systems, ensuring accurate master data entries for gold weight, purity, diamond specifications, and pricing.
- Daily Backups : Perform routine data backups and security protocols to safeguard financial records and customer transaction history.
- Software Troubleshooting : Resolve hardware, network, and software issues across billing counters and back offices to prevent showroom downtime.

Inventory and Stock Control

- Stock Reconciliation : Track daily movement and balance high-value inventory (gold, platinum, and precious stones) between the vault and showroom displays.
- Audit Support : Generate Management Information System (MIS)



reports to assist auditors and store managers during physical stock audits.

Showroom Coordination

- Hardware Support : Maintain peripherals like barcode scanners, label printers, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV security setups.
- User Assistance : Train showroom sales staff on basic system navigation and quick billing procedures during peak gold-buying seasons.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
