1. Lead Handling

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and Instagram DMs
- Maintain proper data of all inquiries

- Student Counseling

- Understand student requirements and career goals
- Suggest suitable makeup/beauty courses
- Explain course details, fees, and advantages clearly

- Lead Conversion

- Convince students and close admissions
- Handle objections and build trust
- Achieve monthly admission targets

- Follow-Up

- Regular follow-up with interested students
- Maintain follow-up records
- Convert pending leads into admissions

- Coordination

- Coordinate with trainers for demo sessions
- Inform admin after successful admission
- Maintain student database

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)




- Confident and presentable personality
- Sales and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
- Interest in beauty/makeup industry

Qualification:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience in counseling/sales preferred (Freshers can apply)

performance Expectations:

- Handle 50-60 calls daily
- Maintain follow-up system
- Achieve monthly admission targets

An incentive on per student is provided after achieving their target

Pay: ₹9,262.71 - ₹25,000.00 per month
