Business Development & Operations Intern

Location : Jaora, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh (In-Person) Company : Hanvix Infotech

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Research companies, industries, and potential clients to identify business opportunities.
- Generate and maintain lead databases using Excel and other business tools.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications with prospects and partners.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and business proposals.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with prospective clients.
- Update and maintain records, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Support business development, sales outreach, and operational activities.
- Present research findings and progress reports to management.
- Perform administrative and BPO-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good internet research and data collection skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented,



and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
