Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Manage and maintain e-commerce stores on Shopify and/or Woo Commerce.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve conversions and ROI.
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva for advertisements, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports and insights.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage product listings, promotions, and website updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and E-commerce Management.

- Strong hands-on experience with:





- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

- Google Ads

- Shopify and/or Woo Commerce

- Basic proficiency in Canva for creating marketing creatives.

- Good understanding of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.

- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, and ROAS optimization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Performance Targets

- Generate 20-30 qualified inquiries/leads per day .
- Achieve and maintain a minimum 3x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) within 90 days .
- Continuously improve campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Experience in scaling paid campaigns while maintaining profitability.
