Job Overview : Dynamic Consultation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Tele Caller Executives (Outbound) to support our bulk hiring drives for reputed companies such as Tata Electronics and other manufacturing, IT, and non-IT organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Explain job details such as role, salary, location, shifts, benefits, and eligibility

- Share interview details and coordinate interview schedules :

- Achieve daily call targets and recruitment goals

- Work closely with the recruitment team to close hiring requirements

Eligibility Criteria :

- Education : 10+2 / Graduate / Any Degree

- Experience :

- Freshers can apply

- 0-2 years experience in telecalling, BPO, recruitment, or sales preferred

- Language Skills :

- Good communication in English + Hindi /Kannada :

- Skills Required :

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

- Transparent voice and confident speaking

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling software, CRM - added advantage)





- Experience in recruitment telecalling / bulk hiring / HR calling :

- Ability to handle high call volume :

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Comfortable working with daily targets :

- Willing to learn different job roles and industries

Working Hours :

- Day shift
- 6 days working / 1 weekly off
