Education Counselor - Job Description

Role : Guide prospective students and parents in making informed academic decisions by understanding their goals and recommending suitable courses/programs.

Responsibilities :

- Counsel students and parents on available courses, career paths, and admission processes
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Convert leads into enrollments by building trust and rapport
- Coordinate with academic teams for seamless onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending leads
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree (Education/Psychology/Management preferred)
- 1-3 years of counseling or EdTech sales experience
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, target-driven, and self-motivated
