Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented PPC Executive (Product Planning & Control) with strong experience in the Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry . The role involves production planning, material requirement planning, inventory control, and coordination with manufacturing, QA, and procurement teams to ensure timely production and dispatch while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Control

- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales forecasts and demand.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve production bottlenecks.

Material Planning & Inventory Control

- Perform Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Track and control slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Coordination & Documentation

- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, QA, QC, and Production departments.
- Ensure availability of approved raw and packing materials as per production plans.




- Maintain production-related documentation and reports as per GMP guidelines.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare MIS reports related to production, inventory, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal SOP requirements.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections when required.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Proven experience in PPC (Product Planning & Control) in Pharma / Nutraceutical industry (mandatory) .

- Strong understanding of:

- MRP & Inventory Management

- Production scheduling

- Batch manufacturing processes

- Positive analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Educational Qualification :

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical / Production) or equivalent.
- Certification in Supply Chain / Production Planning is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,607.81 - ₹40,462.79 per month
