We are looking for Medical Officer's for our Multispecialty hospital based in Ranchi ,Jharkhand.

Core Roles and Responsibilities :

- Emergency Response & Clinical Care : Promptly assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, particularly in urgent or high-pressure situations, and providing advanced life support when necessary.
- Patient Monitoring : Monitoring patient progress, checking vital signs, and adjusting treatments as needed.
- Documentation : Maintaining accurate and timely medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Coordination : Liaising with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and comprehensive patient care.
- Hospital Safety & Administration : Ensuring medical equipment is functional, maintaining hygiene standards,



managing infection control, and adhering to hospital protocols.
- Patient/Family Communication : Communicating with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health status.
- Shift Handover : Participating in shift handovers to ensure continuous care.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Qualifications : A valid medical degree (MBBS) with a current license to practice.
- Skills : Strong clinical decision-making, crisis management, emergency medical knowledge, and effective communication.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
