3. Faculty Development & Human Resource Management

- Recruit, mentor, and appraise teaching and non-teaching staff
- Conduct professional development programs, training workshops, and performance reviews
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented work environment

4. Student Welfare & Holistic Development

- Promote co-curricular, sports, life skills, and value education programs
- Ensure student discipline, counseling support, and well-being systems
- Encourage leadership, creativity, and character building among students

5. Parent & Stakeholder Engagement

- Build transparent and positive relationships with parents and guardians

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms)

Professional Experience

- Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator
