Position: Security Officer
Location: Residential Apartment

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor the overall security of the apartment premises.
- Manage security guards and allocate daily duties and shifts.
- Monitor visitor, resident and vehicle entry/exit.
- Ensure proper security procedures are followed at all times.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies and complaints promptly.
- Maintain security registers, visitor records, vehicle records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the apartment association/management and residents when required.
- Ensure proper access control and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Check attendance, grooming, uniforms and discipline of security staff.
- Coordinate with fire & safety and maintenance teams during emergencies.




- Prepare and submit daily/shift security reports to the management.
- Ensure all security staff follow site rules, SOPs and client instructions.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Security Officer/Security Supervisor in an apartment or residential property is preferred.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures, access control and emergency response.
- Ability to manage and supervise security personnel.
- Must be alert, responsible, disciplined and professional.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Virugambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
