Job Description – Sr. Executive – Raw Material Store Operations
Department: Raw Material Stores & Warehouse
Reporting To: Manager – PPC & Stores
Job Purpose: Ensure productive receipt, storage, inventory control, and timely issue of raw materials to production while maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance, safety, and warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day raw material store operations including receiving, storage, issue, and stock transfers.
- Ensure timely material availability to production.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical verification.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO and material traceability.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Coordinate with Procurement, PPC, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
- Perform SAP/ERP transactions including GRN and stock transfers.
- Lead inventory audits and close observations.
- Implement SOPs, 5S, and safety practices.




- Drive warehouse continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare warehouse MIS and KPI reports.
- Manage warehouse manpower and training.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 6–10 years' experience in manufacturing stores/warehouse.
- Hands-on SAP/ERP knowledge.
