Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales team and regarding orders, requirements, quotations and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, dispatch documents and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up for purchase orders, order confirmations, payments and other requirements.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams for order status, production schedules and expected completion dates.
- Coordinate with logistics/dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Keep customers updated on order status, dispatches and delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders, pending orders and deliveries.

Customer & Internal Coordination

- Handle routine customer queries and coordinate with the concerned internal team for resolution.
- Follow up internally on pending orders, samples, approvals, production and dispatches.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment status, outstanding payments and related customer requirements.
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports and other required information.

Data & Documentation

- Maintain updated MIS, customer master data,



order records, price lists and sales databases.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and pending order reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of POs, quotations, invoices, delivery documents and customer correspondence.
- Track customer commitments, pending actions and follow-ups.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Order Processing or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
