Position: Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers (Must own MacBook) Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$60/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Complete and narrate real industrial and manufacturing engineering tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models . Evaluate and improve AI model performance using process, operations, and production engineering workflows. Utilize process design , lean/Six Sigma , and production planning to enhance model outputs. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance . Provide structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance. Qualifications Must-Have MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor , running macOS 15 or higher.
Degree in Industrial , Manufacturing , or Systems Engineering , or a related field. Experience with process design , lean/Six Sigma , production planning , quality control , or supply chain analysis . Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or have 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
