About the Role We are looking for a Policy Manager to
lead policy engagement, research partnerships and stakeholder
relationships across education and labour market s , including
early childhood, foundational learning, skilling, employment and
school-to-work transitions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage
partnerships with government, NGOs, foundations and development
organisations . Identify emerging policy opportunities and build
engagement strategies. Develop partnerships for research,
evaluations and evidence generation. Translate research and
evidence into policy briefs, presentations and actionable insights
. Represent the organisation at policy forums and stakeholder
meetings. Support fundraising through proposals,



concept notes and
donor engagement. Manage and mentor junior team members. What We're
Looking For 4+ years of relevant experience in policy, research,
evaluation or development . Master's degree in Economics, Public
Policy, Education, International Development or a related field.
Experience in education, labour markets, skilling, employment or
programme evaluation . Strong stakeholder management, communication
and analytical skills. Ability to translate complex research into
transparent policy insights.
