We are seeking an experienced Architect / Lead
- Service Now to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Service Now solutions, leading architecture discussions, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities Design and implement Service Now solutions to meet business requirements. Lead the architecture and design discussions for Service Now implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Service Now solutions. Provide guidance and best practices to development teams during project execution. Conduct technical reviews of projects to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Act as a subject matter expert on Service Now capabilities and features. Manage project timelines, deliverables,



and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Qualifications 11-17 years of experience in Service Now development and architecture. Robust knowledge of Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java Script, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Service Now integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in service management. Certification in Service Now (such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
