The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness in the bar area, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations. They will provide exceptional customer service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations to guests. The Bartender will handle cash transactions accurately, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and collaborate with team members to enhance the dining and bar experience. Qualifications
• Customer Service and Communication skills are essential for providing guests with a positive and engaging experience.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage preparation and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Bartending, including mixing and serving beverages, and a valuable understanding of drink recipes.
• Experience with Cash Handling for processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role and relevant certifications in mixology or hospitality are advantageous.
