We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager | Graciss Menstrual Care Sharas Venture Private Limited is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to turn Graciss’s marketing and brand strategy into action. You’ll lead the planning and execution of campaigns that build brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth. This role is for someone who can take a strategy from plan to implementation, coordinate across teams and partners, and track results along the way. What you’ll do
• Build and manage a practical marketing calendar aligned with the brand strategy
• Execute campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and other relevant channels
• Coordinate content, creative assets, product communication, and campaign rollouts
• Support customer and market research to guide messaging and channel choices
• Work with sales, distribution, and external partners to keep marketing activity aligned




• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics; recommend improvements
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across customer touchpoints What we’re looking for
• Experience executing marketing plans and campaigns, ideally for consumer brands
• Robust project coordination, communication, and vendor management skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and campaign measurement
• A practical, ownership-minded approach that can turn plans into completed work
• Experience in personal care, FMCG, or women’s health is an advantage ?
