Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, ageing, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and ensure accurate inventory accounting.
• Material Processing: Oversee material transactions, consumption booking, GRN processing, stock transfers, material reconciliation, and consumption analysis.
• Consumption & Cost Analysis: Analyse material consumption against revenue, test volumes, budgets, and historical trends; identify unusual variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Accounts Payable: Coordinate vendor invoice processing, purchase order and GRN matching, vendor reconciliations, and timely resolution of invoice discrepancies.
• Data Analytics & MIS: Work with large datasets using advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query,



and other data-analysis tools to prepare meaningful MIS reports.
• Financial Controls: Identify stock discrepancies, consumption leakages, process gaps, and potential financial risks; drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Audit & Compliance: Support physical stock verification, inventory audits, documentation, and implementation of robust financial controls.
• Reporting: Develop periodic dashboards covering inventory ageing, material consumption, stock adjustments, vendor outstanding, and key operational KPIs. Candidate Profile✅ Solid command of Advanced Excel and handling large datasets. ✅ Good understanding of inventory accounting, material consumption, and accounts payable processes. ✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and financial leakages. ✅ Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. ✅ Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage. ?
