Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Gurgaon. The Freight Broker will source and secure carriers, negotiate rates, and match available loads with suitable carrier partners. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of shipments, including load planning, dispatching, tracking, and problem resolution to ensure on-time delivery. The Freight Broker will maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers, handle customer inquiries, and provide regular shipment updates. Daily responsibilities also include updating internal systems, maintaining accurate documentation,



and collaborating with team members to optimize route efficiency and costs. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage, with experience in coordinating shipments and negotiating rates.
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Experience in Dispatching and load management, with the ability to coordinate schedules and monitor real-time shipment status.
• Account Management skills to build, retain, and grow shipper and carrier accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions under time constraints.
• Basic knowledge of US geography, trucking operations, and freight market dynamics is preferred.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
