Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, and modern experience-delivery approaches, including Edge Delivery Services, headless/API-first architectures, and traditional AEM implementations. This is a strategic and client-facing role requiring strong architectural capability, hands-on technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle. The architect will evaluate business, content, integration, and non-functional requirements and recommend the most appropriate AEM architecture and delivery model.

• Evaluate business, authoring, content-management, and experience-delivery requirements to recommend the appropriate architecture across:
• AEM Edge Delivery Services
• Headless/API-first AEM
• Traditional AEM Sites implementations
• Translate business and functional requirements into robust solution architectures, technical designs, and implementation of roadmaps.
• Define architecture principles, reusable patterns, technical standards, and best practices for enterprise AEM implementations.
• Own the creation and review of architecture blueprints, solution design documents, architecture decision records, integration designs, deployment models, and technical estimates. AEM and Content Architecture
• Define content architecture and governance across:
• Editable templates and components
• Content Fragments and Experience Fragments
• Content models and taxonomies
• Metadata schemas and asset structures
• Workflows, permissions, and approval processes
• Multi-site, multi-brand, multilingual, and localization requirements
• Recommend scalable authoring and content-reuse approaches aligned with business and content-operating models.
• Design solutions that support efficient content authoring, publishing, reuse, governance, and omnichannel delivery.
• Provide architectural guidance for AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Dynamic Media, headless content delivery, and related platform capabilities. Integration Architecture
• Define secure and scalable integration patterns between AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud or third-party enterprise platforms.
• Architect integrations with platforms such as:
• Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
• Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud
• CRM, commerce, PIM, DAM, search, identity, and marketing platforms

and publishing.
• Define integration patterns between Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, Creative Cloud, and related workflow or collaboration platforms.
• Support the design of metadata mappings, folder structures, asset workflows, approval processes, permissions, and governance models.
• Identify opportunities to streamline content operations, improve asset reuse, strengthen governance, and reduce content-production cycle time. Non-Functional Architecture
• Define non-functional requirements and architecture across:
• Performance and scalability
• Security and data protection
• Availability and resilience
• Accessibility
• Caching and content delivery
• Monitoring, logging, and observability
• Maintainability and operational support
• Conduct architecture reviews, performance assessments, code-quality reviews, and technical risk assessments.
• Guide teams in resolving architectural issues, performance bottlenecks, integration challenges, and platform constraints.
• Ensure solutions comply with Adobe-recommended architecture, cloud-development practices, and enterprise governance standards. Technical Leadership and Delivery Governance
