MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items) Product Design
• 3D Design for new product as per the Input from designer.
• CAD models, Engineering drawing & Assembly design.
• 3Dmodelrenderingforvisualization.
• 3D printing of parts for new product.
• Innovation for current products through design. Mold Design
• Injection Mold Design concept.
• Prepare input for texturization on injection molds.
• Coordinate with Vendor for fine tuning of Mold Design. Tool Design
• Design of Tools used for production.
• Design of Drill jigs, Cooling Jigs, locating jigs. Modification In Existing Product
• Responsible to work on product modifications.
• Changes in Product design from the perspective of quality improvement.
• Works on the product design from Cost Optimization point of view Maintain drawings in Teamcenter Education Diploma or Graduation in Engineering
