About the Role
ULOOK is building advanced space and RF technologies, and we need exceptional talent to make it happen. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with our founders and engineering leads, own hiring end-to-end, proactively source hard-to-find talent, and build recruitment processes that scale with us.

What You'll Do
• Own end-to-end recruitment across engineering, technical, and business roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and joining.
• Find exceptional talent through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, campuses, and creative sourcing channels, particularly for specialised technical positions.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand requirements, evaluate candidates, and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Drive hiring to closure through proactive candidate engagement, persistent follow-ups, and effective negotiation.
• Build and improve recruitment processes, including talent pipelines, hiring trackers, candidate databases, and employer branding initiatives. What We're Looking For
• 4–8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a startup, with a B.
Tech/M.




Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline and the ability to screen technical resumes for hardware roles.
• Proven ability to independently source and close challenging positions, particularly technical roles.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly understand technical requirements and engage credibly with engineering candidates.
• High ownership, initiative, and a structured approach to getting things done. Nice to Have
• Experience hiring for aerospace, defence, electronics, embedded systems, semiconductors, or other deep-tech domains.
• Experience building recruitment processes in a growing startup.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and campus hiring. About ULOOK ULOOK is a deep-tech company building autonomous satellite swarms and advanced RF sensing technologies. Our systems detect, geolocate, and identify radio-frequency signals across air, land, sea, and space. Based in Bengaluru, we're building our first RF-sensing satellite swarm, with applications across defence, national security, maritime surveillance, and disaster response.
