JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Sales Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with rotational Sunday. Shift Timing: 9 PM to 6 PM and 3 PM to 12:00 AM IST

About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, engaging prospective users, handling objections, and guiding customers through the platform and its features. This role requires strong verbal communication, a persuasive approach, and the motivation to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 180–220 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing users.
• Explain platform features, welcome bonuses, deposit-match offers, and applicable promotions clearly and accurately.
• Engage users, understand their needs, address objections, and encourage platform activation and eligible transactions.
• Guide users step by step through the app, including the registration and in-app cashier process, where required.
• Maintain a confident, energetic, polite, and professional communication style.
• Follow up with interested users and maintain accurate call records and customer details.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Track call outcomes, conversions, and follow-ups, and share regular performance updates.
• Follow approved calling scripts, company procedures, and applicable platform policies. Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in high-volume outbound telesales or telecalling.
• Ability to manage approximately 180–220 calls per day while maintaining call quality.
• Robust Hindi verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Good objection-handling, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• High energy, confidence, patience, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle performance-based targets.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain call records and use sales tools. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
• Outbound B2C telesales
• Online gaming / iGaming
• Fintech, personal loans, or credit cards
• EdTech outbound sales
• BFSI telecalling
• E-commerce sales or customer retention Freshers with excellent Hindi communication, strong confidence, and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered. Language Requirements
• Hindi: Strong verbal fluency required
• English: Basic to good working proficiency
• Bengali: Preferred
• Tamil: Good to have Working Schedule
