• The role is responsible for network operations and maintenance. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• BE with 2-4 years' experience Other Knowledge & Skills
• Demonstration of problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in providing technical support w.r.t submarine cross connects and leased lines
• Knowledge of network, operation systems

Key Responsibilities




• Link Scanning and provisioning and good knowledge of Transmission devices like MUX. Knowledge of Splitters, power amplification using DXC devices etc.
• Assisting and implementing installations as required for current and existing customer and internal projects inclusive of terminations, testing and labelling of most common transmission mediums, hardware installations etc.
• Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.
• Having basic knowledge of servers & Data center environment and conversant with opening trouble tickets with OEM's and managing SLA's
• Any s/w domain knowledge is added advantage
• complete knowledge of network and links trouble shooting, testing & problem solving
