We’re Hiring | Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP) Kotak Mahindra Bank | Bangalore Division: Secured Assets – Consumer Bank Channel: DSA Market We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven Relationship Manager – LAP to strengthen our DSA/DMA channel business in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong existing network of DSAs, DMAs, connectors, and channel partners, along with proven experience in sourcing Loan Against Property business and a sound understanding of property legal documentation. ?

Key Responsibilities
- Drive LAP business through the DSA/DMA and open-market channels.
- Source quality loan proposals against residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with DSAs, DMAs, connectors, and other channel partners.
- Activate new channel partners and generate consistent business volumes through existing and new networks.
- Possess positive knowledge of property documentation, title verification, EC, Khata, RTC, conversion orders, and other relevant legal documents.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
- Ensure quality sourcing, policy compliance,



portfolio quality, and achievement of business targets.
- Provide regular updates to channel partners on products, credit policies, eligibility, and business opportunities. ? Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or secured lending sales.
- Strong and established DSA/DMA network in Bangalore.
- Proven ability to generate business independently through channel partners.
- Good understanding of property legal documentation and the LAP loan process.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining sourcing quality and compliance. ?
