* Handle customer billing and ticketing operations.
* Assist guests with order taking and order serving.
* Manage seat allocation and guide guests to their designated seats.
* Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service.
* Maintain service standards and ensure a smooth guest experience.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily cinema operations. Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a customer-friendly attitude.
* Candidates with experience in QSR, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service will be preferred.
