Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Superfan.ng. The Customer Service Representative will respond to user inquiries via chat, email, and other support channels, ensuring timely and clear communication. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic app issues, guiding users through features, escalating technical problems appropriately, and documenting recurring issues for product and engineering teams. The role also involves gathering feedback, monitoring user satisfaction,



and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, follow support processes, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Qualifications
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience in Customer Support and managing overall Customer Experience.
• Background as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with transparent and empathetic messaging.
• Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and good time management.
• Familiarity with support tools (e.g., help desks, ticketing systems, live chat platforms).
• Interest in edtech, language learning, or African cultures is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus.
