Role Description The Sales Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the intern supports daily sales activities by interacting with walk-in customers, explaining product benefits, and answering questions in a respectful and discreet manner. The intern assists with marketing initiatives such as promoting products, helping execute local campaigns, and maintaining in-store displays and materials. Responsibilities include collecting customer feedback, supporting training sessions, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with the sales team to meet targets.



The intern is expected to maintain professional conduct, uphold customer confidentiality, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage respectfully with customers and explain products clearly.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management-related skills to support selling activities, follow up with leads, and assist in meeting sales goals.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to help with product knowledge sessions and share accurate information with team members.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, especially retail or healthcare marketing, is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full time in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and comfort discussing adult health topics in a mature, non-judgmental manner.
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field is an advantage, but motivated students or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
