We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Technical Consultant with solid hands-on expertise in Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, system integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zuora Billing, Salesforce, enterprise CRM platforms, and third-party payment gateways.
- Work with Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, and data models to support business requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support subscription management, billing operations, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and smooth execution of Quote-to-Cash workflows.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing implementation and production support.
- Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, and Zuora object and data models.
- Experience with SOQL/SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.
- Expertise in subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, payments, and billing operations.
- Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, other CRM platforms, and payment gateways.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with hands-on implementation and integration experience in Zuora Billing.
- Experience handling production support and complex billing issues.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
