The role
We’re looking for an organised, computer-savvy coordinator to run the desk side of our Bhiwandi warehouse. You’ll handle bookings, paperwork and system updates, so our warehouse team can focus on the floor.
What you’ll do
- Book delivery appointments and slots on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and other customer portals
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transporters, and track shipments until delivered
- Prepare dispatch documents: invoices, e-way bills, packing lists and delivery challans
- Update stock movements, inward and outward,
in our inventory system and Excel
- Maintain daily dispatch and stock reports for the operations team
- Follow up on delivery confirmations, PODs and portal issues
What we’re looking for
- 0 to 2 years in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, e-commerce or back-office operations (freshers with strong computer skills welcome)
- Good with Excel and comfortable learning online portals quickly
- Organised, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups
- Clear communication in English and Hindi
- Lives within easy commuting distance of Bhiwandi (Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli)

- Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days a week
