About the Role
Genex Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
The ideal candidates should have practical experience in warehouse operations, team handling, process compliance, and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Key Responsibilities
- B2C Outward Operations
Manage order picking, packing, order processing, and dispatch readiness.
Ensure order accuracy, productivity, and timely processing within defined SLAs.
Monitor order-to-dispatch TAT and minimize picking and packing errors.
Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Returns Management
Manage customer returns, reverse logistics, and returned inventory processing.
Ensure proper product inspection, grading, segregation, and disposition.
Identify damaged, defective, missing, or mismatched products.
Update return transactions accurately in the WMS and maintain return records.
- Dispatch Operations
Coordinate shipment sorting, scanning, manifesting, and courier handover.
Ensure shipment labels, AWBs, manifests, and dispatch documentation are accurate.
Coordinate with courier partners and transport teams for timely vehicle handover.
Monitor pending shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Inbound Operations
Manage vehicle unloading,
physical quantity verification, GRN, and putaway.
Verify received goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
Identify and report shortages, excess quantities, damages, and SKU discrepancies.
Ensure timely inward processing, proper documentation, and accurate WMS updates.
- Inventory Management
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical stock audits.
Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor damaged, defective, blocked, and non-moving inventory.
Ensure proper bin locations, stock segregation, and inventory transaction accuracy.
Common Responsibilities
Supervise and allocate daily tasks to warehouse associates.
Manage manpower productivity, attendance, and shift activities.
Track operational KPIs, productivity, TAT, SLA compliance, and error rates.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and warehouse housekeeping standards.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and escalate operational issues to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse functioning.
Eligibility Criteria
2–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
Practical knowledge of at least one relevant warehouse function: inbound, outbound, returns, dispatch, or inventory.
Basic working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.
Valuable team-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven warehouse environment.
Candidates must be based in Faridabad or nearby locations.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
