Role Description The Videographer and Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases ongoing projects, completed sites, client testimonials, and brand stories. The Videographer and Editor will collaborate with the marketing and project teams to understand requirements, visit construction sites, capture high-quality footage, and create engaging videos for digital platforms.

Daily responsibilities include setting up cameras and lighting, recording interviews and walkthroughs, organizing and backing up footage,



editing videos with appropriate music and graphics, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines. The role also includes contributing creative ideas for new video formats and optimizing content for social media and other marketing channels.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Shooting Video, with the ability to plan, frame, and execute professional project and brand videos.
- Proficient Camera Operation and Camera handling skills, including working with DSLRs or mirrorless cameras and related accessories.
- Solid understanding of Lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots, including site conditions and changing natural light.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to work on-site at active construction locations and coordinate with project teams and clients professionally.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or similar industries is an advantage.
