Hiring: Financial Analyst – Budgeting & US GAAP

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with hands-on experience in End-to-End Budgeting, Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), and US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete budgeting cycle,



from planning and preparation to execution and monitoring.
- Develop and implement Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) processes.
- Perform budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
- Support forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
- Track financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in end-to-end budgeting.
- Hands-on experience in Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting.
