Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best shots, and creating cohesive, engaging video content for various projects. Daily tasks include editing video sequences, applying color correction and grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring audio and visual quality meet defined standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to interpret briefs, refine drafts based on feedback, and deliver final videos on schedule.

Editor will also maintain organized file structures,



follow brand guidelines, and stay current with editing trends and tools to improve output quality.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling raw footage and creating polished deliverables.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to correct and enhance visual tone and consistency.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition, with attention to detail and quality.
- Solid collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing video and motion work is highly beneficial.
