Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience developing applications using Workday Extend.
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, business objects, and the Workday ecosystem.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Financial Management, or other Workday modules.
- Experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, web services, and API-based integrations.
- Experience with application testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Workday Orchestrate.
- Workday Pro certification or relevant Workday Extend training.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or other Workday integration tools.
- Familiarity with security configuration, role-based access, and business process frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
