Role Overview

At RENEE Cosmetics, we're looking for a visionary, growth-oriented leader to spearhead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business and accelerate our next phase of digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the D2C business strategy, end-to-end P&L;, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing, digital campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Optimise website conversion, customer experience, average order value, and repeat purchases.
- Lead CRM, customer lifecycle management, retention, and loyalty strategies.




- Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to drive business decisions and improve unit economics.
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to scale the D2C business sustainably.

What We're Looking For

- 12–18 years of overall experience, with significant experience in D2C, digital commerce, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of scaling digital businesses and managing P&L; ownership.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and D2C unit economics.
