Job Profile

- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Learning & Development (L&D;) and Knowledge Management (KM), aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, growth opportunities, and overall performance.
- Lead the development and management of knowledge management systems to capture, organize, and share organizational knowledge.
- Identify skill gaps and drive targeted learning initiatives to improve employee competencies and organizational effectiveness.
- Evaluate and continuously improve learning programs to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.
- Manage L&D; and KM budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
- Establish and maintain knowledge management frameworks, best practices, and processes for effective knowledge sharing.
- Implement tools and technologies to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning and knowledge management initiatives through metrics, analytics, and business impact assessments.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop high-performing Learning & Knowledge teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, IT, and business teams to align learning and knowledge strategies with business priorities
- Manage external vendors and consultants to adopt innovative learning technologies and industry best practices.

Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in Learning & Development and Knowledge Management, preferably in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in strategic learning initiatives, leadership development, and competency building.
- Experience implementing LMS, knowledge management systems, and digital learning solutions.
- Strong budget management, analytical, and performance measurement skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational learning initiatives.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and change management skills.
- Experience managing external vendors and adopting industry best practices.
