Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven US Non-IT Sales professional with experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong business development, client acquisition, and relationship management skills, with a focus on expanding our US client base.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients in the US Pharma & Life Sciences industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
- Drive sales of staffing and recruitment services across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, and medical device sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to negotiations and closing deals.




- Develop sales strategies to achieve business development targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain client pipelines, follow up on leads, and track sales activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's client base.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Staffing Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, lead-generation, and client-management skills.
- Ability to work with US clients and achieve sales targets.
